Clos Larrouyat - Vin Blanc Jurançon

Maxime Salharang (oenologist) learned the art of biodynamics at the Domaine de Souch.
In 2011, he took over the estate located at the foot of the Ossau valley, in honor of his grandfather, Roger Larrouyat.
The 3 hectare vineyard is certified in organic farming ECOCERT.

Thanks to methods inspired by biodynamics, precise vinification and careful ageing, Maxime and his wife Lucie, reveal to us over the years, wines in constant progression (pure, crystalline, salivating).
