This wine with a dark and deep color has a nose with notes of very ripe fruit and vanilla.
The palate, ample and subtle, is characterized by soft tannins, with notes of blackcurrant and vanilla. The finish is very aromatic and has a good length.
This wine will go wonderfully with red meats, game, cheeses from the Pyrenees as well as with typical dishes from the South West.
Serve between 16°C and 17°C. Decanting recommended.
