The robe is dense, deep, with dark purple reflections.
Intense nose of black fruits with roasted, spicy and slightly kirsch notes.
The mouth is ample, rich, full-bodied and powerful, finely wooded. The tannins are still present. The finish is long, intense, and makes you want to plunge your lips back into the glass for another sip.
This gastronomic wine will go wonderfully with your dishes of game, meat in sauce, poultry, charcuterie (noir de Bigorre).
Serve at 16°C. Decanting recommended.
