This Pacherenc has a pretty golden color with green highlights.
On the nose, it develops aromas of white flowers and white fruits.
On the palate, it is greedy, with a hint of acidity on a salivating finish with a good length.
This wine will be shared as an aperitif, but also during a meal where it will reveal itself on seafood, fish dishes, white meats, cheeses with blue cheeses or sheep's cheese.
Serve between 9° and 11°C.
